どこもかしこも値上げの中、コース１万円代で様々な甲殻類を食べれたと考えると満足〜ヽ(=´▽`=)ﾉ
先付け 縞海老、トマト、青唐、雲丹
縞海老は甘エビの仲間だけあってねっとり甘味が強い
ボタンエビも仲間で調度間くらい
椀物は焼き茄子とかぼすを合わせた海老真丈♡
身の食感がわかるくらいたっぷり(๑´ڡ`๑)
お刺し身は車海老と真鯛
真鯛は前日と当日締めたものが並んでいて違いが楽しい
花咲蟹とズッキーニ田楽
北海道でしかとれない蟹(￣ー￣)
なす田楽なんかはたまに食べるけどズッキーニもうまっ！！
毛蟹を使った酢の物は季節外れのじゅん菜が味気なかった…(´・ω・｀)
エビフライも個性を出すためなんだろうけど
オーロラソースと一緒に揚げなくてもいいんじゃないかな…
タルタルも実山椒使って変化球だしそれだけで充分な気…

いろんは種類食べれたし他の蟹専門店と比べたら安い！
