2016年3月18日以来二度目の訪店
最近は益々予約が取りにくくなってしまったようで
ようやくネットで予約できた
お店はコース一択 16500円
結構値上がりしてました
すべてのお料理に蟹もしくは海老が入っています
車エビの刺身と花咲蟹とくに美味しかった
〆のご飯も蟹たっぷりで美味しかった
お酒はビールから始まってワインのボトルと日本酒を頂きました
連れからうぶかの名前の由来を聞かれたので
調べたらHPに店主から説明が乗っていました
店名の「うぶか」とは、「初香」と書き、初（うぶ）な・香（かお）りという意味です。
料理において、『素材の自然な香りを大事にしたい』という思いから付けました。一品一品の料理から素材の新鮮さと力強さを感じて頂ければ幸いです。
