2月1日(水)の夜は、ラ・ボケリア四ツ谷へ。
ビルを入ってすぐの階段を登り、2階にある入口へ。
今回は12人での食事だったので、ワインセラーの奥にある、
窓際の大きな個室で楽しみます。
今回は、ボケリアコース（飲み放題付き 6,000円）をいただきます。
まずは、グラススパークリングで乾杯。
本日のアミューズ
イクラをのせたスモークサーモン。
クリームチーズとの相性も良かったです。

タパスをいろんな種類楽しめるのはいいですね。
四ッ谷2丁目ハイボール（ソーダ・ライム割）
ふわふわ“ベラロディチーズ”のシーザーサラダ
とても軽い食感のチーズで、葉物野菜と合わせるのにピッタリです。
こちらはコースにはない、栗豚のカツサンド。ドングリを食べて育ったイベリコ豚のように、栗を食べて育った豚だそうです。甘みもあって、とてもおいしい豚肉で、揚げたてサクサクのカツが、トーストしたパンによく合います。 小海老と野菜のアヒージョ

スペイン産イベリコ豚のグリル

どちらも火の入り方がよく、素材の味をしっかり楽しめます。
鱈とトビッコのパエリア
1人分で作ってくれるパエリア。
柔らかいタラと、こんがりお焦げになったご飯の食感のコントラストも楽しめます。
アイスコーヒーと、セミフレッド。
溶けかけの絶妙の状態で、最後まで美味しく楽しめました。
