四谷三丁目にある日本料理百名店、親族のお祝いにと、評判が高い割にリーズナブルなコースを提供するこちらを選択
1人1万1000円のコースに、アルコールやドリンクを頼んだ結果、1人頭1万4000円、適切な価格

総合的な感想としては、感動を禁じ得ないとんでもないお店だった、この値段でこのクオリティは異常やって
・ホタテ、ウニ、セリをジェルで包んだもの
ホタテの新鮮さと、ウニの濃厚さをジェルが包み、胃袋に優しい一品、前菜としてはこれ以上ないくらいの良品
・鯛の刺身、薬味や鮟肝添え
新鮮な刺身を様々な薬味と鮟肝でいただく、薬味でさっぱりさせつつ、鮟肝がねっとりと濃厚さを加え、総合的にパンチのある一品に
海老しんじょと蛤のお吸い物
緑色が何正文かは覚えてないが、とにかく優しく繊細で美味しいお椀、海老しんじょと蛤はガツンと来る
スッポンと新ジャガとフキと筍と青海苔の温かいお椀
この辺の揚げ物たちも、フレッシュで素晴らしい、スッポンを食べることは珍しいし、普通に旨かったしいい体験をした

そうめん史上最も高価なそうめんだろう、キャビアとカラスミがドッサリと、それぞれの癖をシンプルなそうめんがちゃんと受け止めていた
