お誘い頂いて来訪。
こういう和食のコースが大好きで色々な所へ行かせてもらいましたが、こちらも記憶に残るお店である事間違いなし。
あわびとカラスミのそうめんは濃厚の極み。
鯛のお刺身の食べ方の最適解、海苔をあん肝醤油を添えて手巻きで頂きます。
あいなめと蛤のお椀、豆を擦った汁と大きな蛤の存在感がもはやお椀とは言わないです（笑）
青海苔のあんかけがかかった筍と鰻の唐揚げ、香りが良い青海苔と鰻の唐揚げが美味しい。
猪肉とうるいと花山椒のお椀、臭みゼロの猪肉と花山椒のハーモニーが最高でした。
お皿には鯛の子と穴子棒寿司とノドグロの塩焼き、間違いない。
そしてこちらのシグネチャー、トリュフご飯。
無類のトリュフ好きの僕にとっては店内に広がるトリュフの香りに気絶寸前でした。
一膳目はそのまま頂き、二膳目は牛カツに卵黄をかけて、三膳目は卵黄かけご飯。
トリュフご飯、最高の中でも最高。
デザートで興奮気味の自分をクールダウン。
自分で予約して再訪します（笑）
