(12,000円のコースもありましたが、7千円と比較して「刺身、焼鳥本数が2〜3本、1品料理、〆」が増えます)

前半2つははよくありますが、後半3つは初めて。どれも臭みなく濃厚だったり食感が新しかったり少しビターで感動しました

軍鶏だけあって身がしっかり、硬くないですが弾力を感じるうまい。ホロホロドリはささみのような柔らかさ。どちらもうまい
