最近ちょっと焼鳥ブーム？
美味しい焼鳥食べたくて、初訪問。
四谷三丁目駅の荒木町。
ここは美味しい料理屋さんがたくさんあります。
荒木町も久々ですね。
入店するとカウンターが15席ほど。
外人さんもチラホラいらっしゃいます。
フルコース、ハーフコース、個別注文があるとのこと。
初訪問でしたので、フルコースをお願いしました。
① 紅芋ビシソワーズ、豆腐、筍
② 刺身 鴨、ほろほろ鳥
③ 内臓の刺身。精巣、ハツ、卵管、脾臓、白レバ
④ 宮崎県黒岩土鳥の胸肉のたたき
⑤ レバーパテ、レーズンパン
⑥野菜サラダ

前半の生肉（刺身）系ですが、生臭さ一切なし。新鮮なのでしょうね。旨みしかありません。
後半の焼鳥はいろいろ種類の鳥や部位が出て来て楽しい。加えて焼き加減が素晴らしいです。
とても美味しかった。
焼いたアスパラやじゃがいもとても美味しそうでした。
今度来る時はハーフコースにして、その分食べたいものを自由に選んでみよう。
