This is my first visit after a concert at Kioi Hall. So it's after 9pm. I made a reservation just in case. There aren't many places where you can get a light but decent meal after a concert, so I finally found this one. Even though I made a reservation after 9pm, I was received very well. When I visited, there were no customers and I was a little nervous. This is the lightest course as it is only a course. Drinks start with beer. The sticking out is boiled peanuts. The utensils are lovely. Next is shrimp potatoes. Hassun is made with salmon roe, salmon, duck, soybeans, kelp rolls, ganmo, etc. When making grilled tilefish frosting, the skin is perfectly grilled. The flavor of the fish really comes out. Sweet and sour pickled turnips. It has an exquisite flavor. And finally, the soba noodles. Spicy radish is good. The soba noodles are delicious not only when boiled, but also because of the flavor of the soba itself, and how it goes down your throat. Dessert is sorbet and shine muscat. There are many types of sake available, and I was able to order whatever I wanted. Overall, there aren't any flashy dishes, but they are all serious and have been made with a little extra effort.
