カウンターで、ご主人が焼いてくださるお肉をいただくスタイルのびーふ永吉さん。えいきちかと思いきや、ながよしなんです。
ここは、四谷三丁目の新木町にあるディープな飲み屋ストリートというロケーションもよい。
ここでご主人が、とっても質の良いお肉を最高の状態で頂くことができる、秘密のスポット。
スタートにネギタン塩。薄めでザクザク、焼き加減が素晴らしい。これって自分で焼くの難しいもんなー、ネギ落ちそうになったりするし。
お喋りするとついついせっかくのお肉を焦がしちゃったりと色々あるから、やっぱりお寿司のように焼肉をいただくこのスタイルは、真面目に肉に向き合う意味で正解だと思う。
中盤に出てくるザブトンロースは卵黄をたっぷりとつけて、小ぶりのご飯に巻いていただく。
くぅーうますぎる！これもプロに焼いていただいたからこそ。
そして、ここのうに肉は最高。ペロリと一口で全身が溶ける。。
ご主人がお一人で切り盛りされていますが、提供タイミングも何不自由ないところもありがたい。
1クールに1度は来たくなる。
