牛すじデミワイン煮込みランチ 900円
13時半頃の訪問で、先客0、後客1。
今回は、前回帰りがけに紹介された
牛すじデミワイン煮込みにしてみました。
10分程度で、提供です。
おおっ。
牛すじって、煮崩れるのか、
一般的な煮込みだと、ほつれた繊維が
ちょろちょろ入っているだけのことが多い
気がしますが、この牛すじは、塊で、
ドーンドーンドーン
と4,5個入っています。
太鼓でも鳴りそうな勢い（笑）
早速、ひとかじり。
うはっ！
やわらかい。
筋張っているところがまったくなく、
所々、コラーゲンのようなプルプル感が。
デミソースは、どちらかというと
ワインの味が強く出ていて
前回の赤ワインソテーと似た感じも。
デミソースがたっぷりあるので、
ご飯にかけると、これまたイイ感じの
ハヤシライス的に。
前回より断然評価アップ。
こちらでは、この料理でしょう、
少なくとも手始めは。
食べログには「意外性」「独創性」
みたいな項目がないので、
総合点を高くしました。

12時過ぎの訪問で、先客0、後客2。
ランチは6種類、900円か1000円です。
他ではあまり見なそうな
豚ソテー赤ワインバターソースにしてみました。
15分程度で提供です。
その間、厨房からずっと
肉なのかソースなのか
いい匂いがしていました。
ご飯の器がやや小ぶりですが
全体の量は少ないという感じはないです。
早速、豚肉から。
しっかり焼かれていて、歯ごたえ強め。
赤ワインのソースは風味がよく
気持ち塩分強めで、ご飯がすすみます。
イリコのきいたワカメの味噌汁は
ワカメスープのような味わいがあり
良好。
サラダのバジルドレッシングも
丁寧な作りです。
ややお高めの価格設定のランチですが、
味はそれに見合うかと。
火曜と金曜のワンコインランチが
俄然気になります！

One coin lunch that I was interested in. When I visited after 11:30, there were 0 customers before me and 2 customers after me. From the moment you enter the store, you can smell the delicious smell of meat. Today's one coin is sautéed pork. Served in just over 5 minutes. Although it is only one coin, it has quite a large volume. The seasoning is standard salt sauce, but there's plenty of meat. The meat is similar to kashira, but in addition to being slightly firmer, it is also cut into thick slices, giving you an amazing feeling of eating the meat! There's also quite a bit of fat. It's a little meaty that you can't get with just one coin. This felt like a good deal. It may have been a coincidence today, but I thought I'd have to come back and see what the One Coin Lunch was like on another day. (2017.8.25)
