Lunch at the Akebonobashi shopping street. I went to Bigarade, a dining restaurant that I had been interested in for some time. Open the door to the store on the second floor. There is a passage leading from the entrance to the back, and there is a kitchen, counter seats, and a large table seat by the window. I was the first customer that day. The lunch menu includes chicken, pork, beef, and vegetables. The price is around 900 to 1000 yen. I ordered the beef tendon demiwine stew lunch for 900 yen. The plate was brought out in about 5 minutes. I was expecting a small plate of beef tendon stew at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), so I was surprised at how large the dish was. Also comes with salad, rice, and miso soup. The rice is small. I tried the beef tendon. Easy to cut with a knife. Since the sauce was a waste, I scooped the beef tendon and sauce with a spoon and ate it. The demi sauce is nice and melty. It's delicious beef tendon. The miso soup is also delicious with the dashi stock made from dried sardines. Miso soup with dried sardines in the dining room was an exception. I was planning to get a second helping of rice, but the beef tendon was so large that I didn't. Two women and then a family of four came in after me. Since the master was making it alone, he apologetically declined and said that it would take a lot of time for the last family. It would be best to go when you have time or when the store is empty. Thank you for the meal.
