吉祥寺「肉山」の赤身肉とホルモン専門店のホルモンが一緒に食べられる最強コラボ！
吉祥寺にある、予約の取れない赤身肉専門店「肉山」の快進撃が止まらない。全国に肉山チェーンを出すとともに、コラボ店も続々開店しているが、ここは四谷三丁目に店を構えるホルモン焼き「のんき」とコラボした店。
つまり、肉山の赤身肉とのんきのホルモンが一緒に食べられるんだから、こんなに楽しいことはない。
赤身肉は塊で見せてくれ、好きな部位を選べる。この日は忍足店長のおすすめでイチボに。肉山で修業した店長が炭火でじっくり焼いてくれる。
いっぽうホルモンは、テーブルの七輪で自分で焼くスタイル。最初ならその日のおすすめが盛りだくさんの九種類盛り合わせがいいだろう。人数分を少しずつ見繕ってくれる。
ここのうれしいところはサイドメニューも充実しているところ。たとえば「ニラ玉」なんてシンプルなのに、酒のあてにぴったり。かち割りキュウリもキンキンに冷えていて、酒飲みのツボを押さえている。
〆にはゴロゴロと肉たっぷりのカレーもいいが、「辛いスープ」とTKGご飯が最高。これを深夜にリーズナブルに味わえるんだから、東京は楽しいなあ。開店当初は空いていたが、いまや情報通が聞きつけて満席状態。嬉しいやら、哀しいやら。

赤身肉のブームの初期の頃に吉祥寺「肉山」とコラボして出来た「赤身とホルモン のんき」。いまや鳥やき店も出しているが、こちらの安定ぶりは変わらない。変哲もないと言えばそれまでだが、ニラ玉をはじめとするつまみは旨いし、見せてもらって焼く塊肉はきちんとしている。サワーはレモン満載で気持ちいい。それでいて高くなく、深夜までやっている。こういう店はありがたいね。
