On this day, I met an old friend for the first time in a while. 25 years ago, I visited Nonki, a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant that I found in the Yotsuya 3-chome area, where I often visited, and felt like having a drink. When I was shown to the table, there was a clear patch and some sort of guidebook on how to grill the meat. Is this a shop that is very particular and scary? I thought as I waited for my friend. On this day, my friend doesn't like hormones, so we decided to enjoy lean meat and tongue. I ordered the fillet, sagari, salted tongue, skirt steak, and avocado kimchi salad. For drinks, I ordered a bottle of red wine. In conclusion, it's delicious! Wow, it's been a long time since I've met a delicious Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant. About 4 days before this day, I went to a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, and I couldn't describe it in words (although that's an exaggeration), and there I saw the moon and a soft-shelled turtle. It felt like I had finally eaten Yakiniku (Grilled meat). The chunks of meat are grilled at the restaurant and served, but they are soft and have the feel of roast beef. The sagari is moderately soft and not sticky. All I can say about the skirt steak is that it is delicious. Is tongue salt thin? That's what I thought, but I can really taste it. This is it, huh? Aren't sagari and skirt steak hormones? Well, my friends don't mind because it looks red. By the way, sagari is a part similar to skirt steak. I didn't know about it until I wrote this review Now, back to the main topic. Personally, I don't order much. However, I don't know if it's because I enjoyed the meat or because I drank red wine, which I don't like. Although I never ordered top 〇〇 meat, my impression was that it was on par with the top 〇〇 of other Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants. The taste of the wine...well, it's good, isn't it? I'll come again sometime. Thank you for the meal.
