土日のランチを ゆっくり満喫したいなら ーー此処は オススメ
土日のランチは、ゆっくりと頂きましょう！
１月５日 土曜のランチ まだ、年始休みのお店も多い中、此処は3,500のコースでの食事が楽しめる。
13時前には店を後にしなければならないので、
開店時間 12時に訪問。
予約時に、その旨お伝えして、素早くサーブするので、なんとかサービス可能との返答をもらってはいたものの、しっかりとしたコースなので、90分は必要。 急かすことになり、お店には申し訳ないことをしました。
相方は、お水ースパークリング

アミューズ ○見た目も素晴らしい
蝶鮫を少し寝かせたつくりとキャビア ○
粘りけと筋が少し残る 食べたことのない
食感、蝶鮫は 肉だね〜
鹿肉のパスタ ◎ かなりの太平麺 ジビエの
旨味 食べ応えあります
鴨ロース ◎ 適度な脂とで、鴨の旨味を満喫

相方は、シャーベットを一口食べて、時間切れ
お出かけすることになり、お店には、急いで頂いたのに申し訳ないことをしました。
外は桜の花吹雪、食事もワインも 季節感を大切に表現されています。 器も料理だと改めて思い知りました。
食事はコースを 併せたワイン 5種類を 頂きました。
食事は季節感があり、 素材の良さに拘りつつ、味はしっかりとしています。 一つ一つのポーションは適当な量ですが、トータルはお腹が一杯になります。
ワインは、ボトルでは頼まないであろう、個性的な物が、3〜４種類と 肉には、王道の深く重いしっかりとした物も頂きました。 一杯の量は、グラスワインよりは少ない為、2人で １０杯 で ボトル一本分でしょうか。
価格のお得感は然程ありませんが、料理にあわせて楽しめる良さがあり、食事を主に楽しむのであれば、良い選択でしょう。
オーナーシェフが、給仕をしてくれるので、料理やワインの解説がとても丁寧で、詳しい。
声は少し小さめの優しい物言いで、知らない名称も多い為、全てを理解はできませんけれど〜〜
前回は、角の落ち着いたテーブルであったが、
今回は、入口横の 半個室 と言うか 窓際の 大きなカーテンに 囲まれた ゆったりとしたスペース。 かなり インパクトがある。
ワイン は 豊富。 ワインリストには、6,000〜12,000 の価格帯が中心。 グラスワインも その時に抜栓された何種類か 飲めるようだ。
いろいろなワインが楽しめる為、料理に併せた、5種類 で 5,000円 をお願いした。
個性的なワインが多く、こう言った機会にしか飲めないし、食事にも合う。 但し、好きな味のワインとは限らないので、ワインもしっかりと楽しみたい時は、ボトルであろう。 しかし、グラスでスパークリングを飲んだとして、その後、白、赤 一本づつ頂くと、かなり酔うであろう、昨今は、この飲み方も、財布も体調も難しい。
このお店では、多くのワインが抜栓されているであろうし、定番のグラスワインもあるだろうから、好みに近いオススメのグラスワインでも 良い選択では無いかな。 次回は、そうしてみよう。
Perrierも 気がつけば、大きなボトル 二本も
開けたようで、随分水分もとった 体調も良い
料理は、
一品目の フルーツトマトのムースとチーズが
繊細で、旨味が溢れ 器も良く 満足。
二品目 希少な生ハムと 桜を意識したソース
生ハムの燻製度が強く、少し個性的
三品目 桜鱒と温野菜 見た目も美しく、ソースも良い感じ。
フォカッチャ と オリーブオイル
静岡の袋井産 のオリーブオイルは素晴らしい。
沢山付けて食べても フレッシュで、料理を毎回新たなものにリセットしてくれる。
炭火と 直火？で 繰り返し炙った 峯野牛 ボリュームもあり、赤身だが、噛むと肉汁が口いっぱいに溢れて、塩炭と合わさって 美味しいね。
これに しっかりとした 赤ワイン 三重丸です。
パスタは胡椒を練り込んだ四角い麺
嬉しいことに、量は、40g をベースに 増やすことも可能。 60gにしていただいたが、相方と随分見た目も違うし、食べた感があった。
ただ、四角より、平か丸が 好きかな。
ドルチェ の チョコレートとアイスも 甘さ控えめで 好み。
今回は、 我々の居る時間は3組。 ラストオーダーが23時なので、ワインバーとしての 利用も多いのかもしれないし、良いと思う。
周りにお店の少ないこの場所は 当面 厳しいのかもしれないけれど 口コミで 人気が出ると思う。 イタリアンの華やかさに 味が引き立つソースを上手く活用されて、お勧めです。

曙橋駅にほど近いが、余り飲食店が無い外苑東通りの橋近くに先日オープンしたこのお店、前々から興味はあるものの、この辺りに似つかわしく無いエントランスの為、少し入るのをためらっていたが、クリスマスイブのランチを予約して、初訪問。
結論から言うと ビジュアルも良くて、美味しいイタリアン 決して堅苦しく無いけれど、しっかりと拘りを感じました。
オーナーシェフが、厨房から出てサービスしてくれるので、料理、ワインともに知識が豊富で、テーブル席で心地よい会話が楽しめます。
今回は、特別なクリスマスのランチコースでしたが、手頃なボリュームで美味しく頂きました。
ワインは ペアリング５杯 をお願いすると
一杯目は、フランチャコルタ
微発泡のような印象を受けましたが美味しいロゼでスタート。
一品目 海老芋のトルティーノ にぴったり
因みに料理は、5品です。
２品は、平目のカルパッチョには、サッパリとした、白ワイン
3品目 北海タラバ 添えた野菜がタラバの味が浸みて美味 には、少ししっかり目の白ワイン
4品目 ポルチーニ茸のパスタ ポルチーニ茸がとってもジューシーで沢山入っています。 ワインも赤ワイン 少し酸味の利いた軽めかな
５品目 峯野牛 ワインはバローロ
牛の前足 ミスジの下あたり？かな 赤身だけどジューシーで、筋があるが、よく噛むと、肉汁がどんどん出てきて良い感じです。
デザート、エスプレッソで閉め
満席で、ワインを飲んでる我々は少し遅めの展開. 相方は、タラバの前に、ワインを飲み切り、 別の白ワインを追加。
結果、ワインは、６種類も楽しめました。
ベアリングのワイングラスも素晴らしく、量は
少し少な目でしたがー単品で頼む場合と比べー 5,000円は、お得かな。
グラスワインの追加が無ければ、一万円。
昼からゆっくりと楽しめました。

久しぶりの訪問 相方の所用で
20時30分からと遅いスタート
ここ数回、直前予約で断られていたので
コロナ前に訪ねた以来であったが、
オーナーシェフは覚えてくれていた
嬉しいですねー
開店当初は、厳しかったと思うけれど、
今やかなりの人気店。
今日も 20時30分で、満席です。
一品目の小ささには驚いたけれど
それ以降は、どれもこれも、一工夫
ふた工夫凝らして、とても美味しい。
最初は、ビールを頼むと、ラガー、ピルスナー、
ホワイトエールなど五種類から選ぶ
全てイタリアかな ホワイトエール
なかなかいけますね。
その後はマリアージュ。
リゾットも美味しいが、
メインの肉の、鴨が更に美味しい。
それ以上に 平麺パスタが素晴らしかったね。
最後には、相方は食べ切れないぐらいに。
良いお店です。
提供されるペースはかなりゆっくり目ですので、
慌てずゆっくり食べることがお勧め。
ワインを飲まない人は、少し辛いかも。
気になったのは、料理の説明が聞こえにくいこと
はっきりと言ってほしいかな。
