Is it secretly popular lately? ! I found a nice udon bar! It is about a 3 minute walk from Akebonobashi, the station next to Shinjuku Sanchome, or within walking distance from Yotsuya Sanchome. It's a hidden gem in a pretty cool place! Even though it's a bar, you'll be surprised at how high the quality of the udon is.They belong to the Buzen Ura Uchikai in Kitakyushu, and their thin noodles are known for their chewy, transparent texture! By the way, Mr. Jiro Manda of Gyoenmae also has a Buzen Ura-uchikai appetizer, which starts with chawanmushi with a rich dashi stock.The moment I ate this, I knew it was a good restaurant...lol The snacks I definitely want you to order are Seafood salad and udon wrapped in seaweed. Dough Xiaolongbao! Vegetables wrapped in seaweed are loaded with seasonal Seafood you bite into them with your hands, you'll get a nice harmony of Seafood and vegetables! The udon dough Xiaolongbao is served piping hot. When you tear off the skin, the juices from the platinum pork will overflow ✨ The chewy skin is also delicious. Grab a few items and finish off with udon noodles! It looks like the noodles are made in-house! It was so delicious that the two of us ate three bowls lol Sakura udon is a beautiful pink color and the flavor is really good! It went well with the slightly sweet sauce, and even though I was told they would recommend it with salt, I ended up eating it entirely with the sauce and regretted it a bit.
