四谷三丁目の隠れ家焼肉店「ビーフ&クラフトマン」に訪問。お店の場所は甲州街道を新宿方面に向かい左手に少し入ったところにある。
お店外観は白基調の清潔感ある佇まい。店内は４人がけのテーブル席が多数ある。
軽いおつまみから2種類のキムチを注文
病みつき生キムチ(白菜の茎の部分を生で。キムチだれと鰹節で和えてありサクサク感がサラダの様)
白菜キムチ(ちょい辛、酸味小の美味しいキムチ)
テッポウやら色々なもつ部位をニンニク多めの味噌で煮込んだもつ煮込み。焼肉屋ならではの多種な部位利用の牛もつ煮込みは絶対お勧め。

1枚づつの提供なのだが、ハサミで一口サイズに分ければシェアも可能。少量なので胃もたれせずに完食。
新鮮なレバーは優良焼肉店員の証。このレバーで1000円台前半だから驚き。
何故かドリンク白州ハイボールも知多ハイボールも全て同じ価格の680円。破格。
荒木町界隈は名店揃いながら、煙モクモクっぽい感じが多いので、落ち着いて食べられない。反面こちらは小綺麗でうるさく無いのでゆったり。カップル客も多かった。価格も手頃な焼肉店は隠れ家として希少。
値段、品質、雰囲気バランスとれたお勧め店。
