具沢山のもつ鍋にどっかんと明太子が乗っています!!
もつはぷるっぷる!! 明太子のつぶつぶ感&ピリ辛感が最高で、もつとの相性も抜群!!
ここは、もつ鍋必須ですね
・紅しょうがとり天
ジューシーな地鶏に紅ショウガが最高です
まわりはサクサク、鶏肉はジュワっと！そして紅しょうがの酸味、素晴らしい
・秘伝の手羽先唐揚げ(甘口)
これまたおいしー!! 甘口で正解なんじゃないかな？
なんとも言えぬ甘だれが最高です。
・月見つくね串
おいしい地鶏のつくね、それを卵黄に絡めて頂きます。
もう、おいしくない訳がない!!

店頭にかなりしっかりした串焼き場があり、じっくり焼いてくれます。
串系も、かなりいいですね!!

鹿児島たんかんサワー たんかんは温暖な所でしか育たない柑橘だそうです
ひとつひとつのお料理が凄いこだわりが感じられて、素晴らしかったです。
席数も100席ぐらいある大箱なので、少人数から宴会までかなり便利に使えそうです。
