最近蕎麦にハマっている節蔵です。しばらく百名店巡りしようと思います。こちらは初訪問。レビュアーさんのupを見て大好きな穴子天蕎麦にしようと決めてました！
蕎麦は喉越しが良くエッジが立っていてコシがあります。
そば汁は濃いめで量も少な目、そば先だけチョンと付けて十分ですね。
穴子天だけかと思いましたが、ししとう、かぼちゃ、ジャガイモ、茄子に骨揚げも付いていました。穴子やジャガイモはもう少し火を通して欲しかったかな〜
¥2,000はちょっと高い！番町控えた場所の価格と言う事なんでしょうか⁉︎
