日本に上海蟹を広めた、VIPも愛用する中国料理の老舗
創業から40年以上を数える、日本きっての中国料理の名店。 |
中国飯店というと六本木や、西麻布の富麗華のイメージが強いのですが、市ヶ谷にも店舗があったのでランチに伺ってみました。
０歳児の子供がいたので個室をお願いしました。ランチは10000円以上のオーダーであれば個室が無料になるのでありがたいです。
今回は北京ダックの入ったコースを☺︎
まず、前菜4種盛り。
しっとりとした鶏の胸肉がとんでもなく美味しいです。しょっぱなから度肝を抜かれます。
いつもは前菜にチャーシューが入っていたので、そこだけがちょっと残念。
次にエビのガーリックソース。このソースがあまりにも美味しくてこれまたびっくりです。えびも柔らかくてまろやか。プリっとしているというよりはかなり柔らかさを感じます。
そしてスープ系。彩り海鮮入りサンラータンはぴりりと辛め。これは白米が欲しくなる…と思ったらすでに夫は白米を単品で注文していました。笑
お待ちかねの北京ダック。こちらはどこの店舗で食べても高いクオリティを保っていて、本当に素晴らしい。今まで食べていた北京ダックは北京ダックじゃなかったんだな…と思わせられるほどの美味しさ。これは是非食べていただきたい逸品。
さらに名物、黒酢すぶた。
酢豚といえば野菜や時にはパイナップルが入っているイメージですが、こちらはシンプルにお肉だけ。
真っ黒な黒酢ソースはしっかり酸味がありつつも上品でこちらも素晴らしく美味しい一品です。
最後はほし貝柱と卵白のあっさりチャーハン。
あえて卵黄をつかわずプリッとした卵白で仕上げているチャーハン。なかなかこれは食べる機会がないかも。町中華で食べるようなギトギト感もなく本当に上品。
お店の方の接客も一流。店内の雰囲気もラグジュアリーで本当に素敵です。
市ヶ谷という難しいところにあるもののやはり人気店。
これからも定期的に通い続けたいお店です。
