創業４０年余の歴史を持つ中国飯店は、上海・北京・広東・香港の中国各地の一級料理人を招き、本場の中国料理を提供している高級店。店構えが違います。
中国飯店のオーナー中條 富造氏（徐富造氏）中国上海生まれでバイオリンが好きで練習に明け暮れる日々だったが、文化大革命の影響で断念。1976年に来日し中国飯店 六本木店の経営に携わったそう。市ヶ谷店、三田店、富麗華、潮夢来、チャイナバル紫玉蘭など徐々に拡張してきた東京の中華を牽引してきた人物です。(丸の内シェフズクラブ紹介文より)
お店は高級。お花が飾られていて、お茶に下から火が当てられてなんだかとってもいい感じにサーブされている気分です。
お客さんはネクタイしたサラリーマン2人組。近隣マダム。ワインと五目焼きそばをかっくらう、かっこ良さげなカジュアルおひとり様。ちょいいい感じです。
肉団子のランチ。そら豆のスープ。搾菜。杏仁豆腐。どれも、品がよくひと工夫されています。おいしー☺️
品の良さと美味しい味わいにめちゃ癒されます。
