豚バラ照り煮と茄子のはさみ揚げ。小鉢には高野豆腐。サラダとお味噌汁とご飯。いつもの井上の「しそわかめ」も。
豚バラは粉をつけて焼いてから甘辛いタレをまとわせた感じ。玉ねぎいっぱいのタレがよく馴染んで美味しいです。
お茄子は海老のすり身を挟んでゴロッと大きく揚げてありました。出汁にひたして、上に大根おろしを少し。外側の少しサクッとした食感と、お茄子のやわらかさと海老のすり身の歯ごたえと・・楽しめます。
これで850円。近隣と比べてCPもよいのでは。毎回必ず満足してお店を出ていると思う。

2回目に伺って揚げ物ランチをいただいていた時、後から入ってきた人の注文で週替わりランチメニューがあることを知る。テーブルのお品書きにも店内の壁にも書いてないけど…。
訪問3回目にして、初めて週替わりランチメニューがお店の入口に貼ってあることに気づいた。
この日麻婆ナスと中華春巻きのセット。大きなナスに甘辛の挽き肉がからんで美味しかったです。でも写真撮り忘れ・・。週替わりメニューは入店時に入口付近をよく見てみましょう！
ということで週イチペースで通ってます。

市ヶ谷駅近く、靖国通り沿いにあります。飲み屋さんのランチではあるけれど、ランチメニューも8種類ほど選べます。揚げ物やハンバーグ、鶏の塩焼きなどに加えて、鶏肉とたっぷり野菜のせいろ蒸しというメニューを発見して、外食でお野菜たっぷりは嬉しいなと入ってみました。
店内はシックな和風の造りで、木のカウンターとテーブル席が奥まで続いていて、夜も雰囲気がよさそうな感じ。お酒の種類もそこそこあるようです。
1時は過ぎていましたがほぼ満席。せいろ蒸しはしばらく待って出てきました。想像以上に大きなせいろで本当にたっぷりの野菜。白菜もやし水菜人参など。鶏肉は6〜7切れ蒸してあり、タレはポン酢か辛味噌を選びます。
さらに生野菜のサラダと、タケノコのきんぴらのようなお野菜の煮物の小鉢、お味噌汁、ご飯。小鉢やサラダもあるからなんだかおうちのご飯みたいにお野菜をたくさんいただけます。いいですね。
隣のサラリーマン風男性は鶏の塩焼きと唐揚げのコンビセットをライス大盛のおかわりしながら食べていました。こちらはタレが2種類。ランチにはしそわかめのふりかけもついていて、ライスとお味噌汁はおかわり自由だそうです。
ガッツリ食べるのも、ヘルシー野菜ランチをいただくのも、気分次第で選べていいですね。
