I walked slowly up Nittere Street from Ichigaya Station and arrived at Jidori Banchou on the fourth floor of a building called GEMS! The interior of the restaurant was chic and luxurious. There was a previous customer sitting alone in the corner of the counter. I was also in a corner...alone (lol). On the far right of the lunch menu, I ordered Soshu Kohakudori Chicken Cutlet from Chiba Prefecture with grated daikon radish and ponzu sauce for 900 yen. Inside the restaurant, there was pleasant Western music and the crackling sounds of frying (* ̄∇ ̄*) But...I could hear the staff talking? laughing? It really bothered me. After waiting for 7 minutes, we arrived! The portion of rice is... a little small, but you can have seconds... It's juicy, but the ponzu sauce with grated daikon radish makes it less juicy... But it's still got a good umami flavor and is delicious. I'm from Chiba, but I didn't know there was a Soshu Furoshiro chicken ( ̄∇ ̄*)ゞ Both Shimousa and Kazusa are called Soshu, so does that mean it's Chiba prefecture! Don't lump them together (^_^;)
