なかなか予約もとれない人気店ですが、家庭のお祝いがあり訪問。
訪問は半年前の12月。食べた一皿一皿を思い出すのは不可能ですが、「焼肉ソムリエ」と名付けたくなるほど焼肉愛に溢れるスタッフが、一皿一皿説明をしてくれます。
肉厚のタン、とろけそうなカルビ、その他全て、異なる部位の食べ方の工夫まで教えて頂けます。
スタンダードで2万円強だったので、早々気軽に再訪できませんが、いけるなら再訪したいことは間違いないです。
〆の牛丼、腹いっぱいで入りきらなかったけど、take homeして家で翌朝頂けたらどんなに嬉しいだろうと。
