平日の12時頃に訪問。
丁度お昼時とあってカフェは満席で外に長い列が出来ていました。
テイクアウトのベーカリーは待つことなく入れました。
店内は右側がショーケース、左側にカフェスペースで仕切りはなく一体となっていました。
ショーケースの左側が厨房の様子で釜でピザが焼かれているのが見えました。
ショーケースには美味しそうな焼き色のパン達が並んでいます。
見栄えのするお洒落なパン達。高級感も感じます。
ハード系が充実している感じです。
今日は購入したのはバゲット、オリーブ入りカンパーニュ4\1、バナナのマフィン2個。
個別の価格は忘れてしまいましたがレジ袋込みで1660円でした。
カード、電子マネー、PayPayなど使えます。
バゲットは本格派で自分的に最上位レベルです。
オリーブ入りカンパーニュは強めの酸味があって緑と黒のオリーブがたくさん丸ごと入っていました。
オリーブにしっかり塩味があって良いアクセントになっている感じです。バナナのマフィンは厚みのあるバナナチップがたくさんのっていて生地はシットリフワッと中心部にはバナナの何かがあり食味、食感が変化し美味しい。
レジスタッフの対応も完璧。マフィンを何と箱に入れてくれました。
また再訪したいお店です。
