今や飲食業界を卒業生も含めてずいぶんと活性化しているタイソンズアンドカンパニー。
センスの良い店をやることにかけては、トランジットゼネラルオフィスと、タイソンズアンドカンパニーと、まあ、あとはその周辺の企業がとても多く関係している気がする。
こちらのNo.4はしばらく前に来た時には期間限定店と書いてあったような気がしていたけど、続いていると言うことは僕の勘違いだったのか。日テレの土地にタイソンズアンドカンパニーが期間限定で作ったから地上波のチャンネル4としての日テレを受けてNo.4だったような。
学生時代に日テレでバイトしていた僕としては、この立地は本当に慣れ親しんだ立地で、麹町と市ヶ谷の間にこんなおしゃれスポットがあるのは本当に素敵に思ってしまう。
軽くて美味しいクロワッサンは僕のお気に入り。
湯種で作っているのでサクサクで、かつ食後感もとても軽くて胃にもたれないクロワッサン。
流石に休日はごちゃごちゃと混んでいて、順番待ちにも苦労します。順番登録して横の建物に移動して別の店で食べ終わる頃に頃に順番が来る。食事をしたくても時間をずらして利用するしかない混雑ぶり。結局はお茶スポットとして活用。
平日の午後ならもう少し過ごしやすい良い店です。
混んでいると少し落ち着かずせっかくの名店も台無しです。
