新しくできたクラフトビールと手作り点心のお店に行ってきました。
全て手作りで自然派とのこと。
雰囲気はカフェバーといったところか。
オーダーしたのは、
Bランチ。
大根餅、海老とアボカド春巻、サラダ、つけあわせ、ご飯、スープ、ミニデザート
900円税込。
ジャスミンティーはセルフで飲み放題は嬉しいです。
スープは、玉ねぎ、ニンジン、椎茸をきざんだコンソメ系。まぁ普通だし、ちょっと冷めている。スプーンの提供はありませんでした。（だとしたらカップではなくお椀で出した方がよいかも？）
大根餅はおいしかったです。椎茸の具も入っていた。
春巻きは、海老が入っていることは確認できたが、アボカドの味はあまりしなかった。
サラダはゴマ風味のドレッシングが添えてあり、まぁ普通。
ニンジンの入ったポテトサラダも普通。他のものとの組み合わせとしてポテトサラダがふさわしいかどうかは...?
ご飯は、ドレッシングがしみてしまい、不味くなってしまった。
マンゴープリンは、普通。マンゴーの味は薄い。
大根餅も春巻きも、前菜サイズで小さすぎ。
ワンプレートランチでなく、アペタイザープレートと呼ぶべきだろう。
ランチプレートはやはり温かいものと冷たいものを一緒にのせるのはよくないし、ましてや混ざっておいしくならないものはワンプレートにしてはいけないと思う。
店内は最近はやりのアメリカンミュージックがかかっていて心地よいが、BOSEスピーカーが高音設定になっているのか、音響悪い。安いパソコンから流れている音楽みたい。
あーお腹すいた。
