牛スジ煮込み定食。短期間でリピートしてしまった件。
割と早めに同じものをリピート。
美味しかったからつい。
ランチに利用。
前回とは別のものを頼もうかとも思いましたが、あの食感が忘れられず、
今回も牛スジ煮込み定食を発注。
真っ赤なスープに大根、人参とたっぷりの牛スジ！
そして、圧力鍋で煮たのか、めちゃくちゃ柔らかい！
真っ赤なスープは甘辛。
むしろ甘さが勝っているかも。
全部飲んだら喉渇くんだろうな～と思いながらもついつい飲んでしまう。
同僚とだったので話し半分、食べるの半分に気持ちが取られていましたが、1人でじっくりもありかも。
腹パンになり、PayPayでお会計。990円ナリ。

千円しないで焼肉が食べられる、お得なお店。
私は、黒毛和牛すじ煮込み定食 を注文。 990円ナリ。
同僚は先に運ばれてきた、焼肉定食を焼き始める。
続いて私の牛すじ煮込みが到着。
同僚の焼肉を借景にパチリ。いい眺め(￣∀￣)。
デフォで付いてくる大根サラダは謎の白ドレッシングがかけてあり、
控えめな塩加減。やさしい。
カクテキはゴロリと大きめ。うまいっ！
牛すじ煮込みは、すじ肉がこれでもか！というくらい入っています。
大根と人参も入っていて、味シミシミ♪
すじ肉はしーっかり煮込んであるようで、個体差なく柔らかい！
スープは真っ赤だけど辛くない！良かった～♪
血の池地獄に見えたから…(›´ω`‹ )。
スープも旨味たっぷりで、最後まで飽きないで頂けました。
これはリピートしたいなぁ。
ご飯もモッチリしていて、キチント仕事しています。
お会計はpaypayでスマートに(^-^)v。
ボリューム満点で腹持ちよしお。

I used to go to this restaurant twice in a row because I was addicted to the stew of tendon. I'm grilling meat today! I visited with great enthusiasm. There are 12 out of 15 lunch options that allow you to grill meat. I really tend to burn it. This time, I ordered the domestic beef nakaochi kalbi grilled set meal. The salad is palm-sized with shredded radish and torn lettuce topped with pink dressing. The identity of pink dressing remains a mystery. Delicious and complete meal. There are 8 pieces of meat with various degrees of fat. A method to get rid of fat. The first two pieces felt a little streaky, but Other had a good texture. There are 2 types of sauce. Both are relatively sweet, but I like sweets so I welcome them. Just because I'm a woman, I don't have a small portion of rice, but a generous portion. thank you. It's natural because I tend to get bloated, but it's an instant belly pan. Pay your bills smartly with PayPay (^-^)v I feel satisfied and able to do my afternoon work. Thank you for the meal!
