市ヶ谷駅近くのうどんと創作和食のお店。ランチはうどんと唐揚げ定食を提供しているようです。12:45頃で3割程度の入り。
冷やし梅わかうどんと唐揚げ1つ。注文するとすぐメニューは下げられてしまったのでメニューは他の方の投稿をご参考に(^◇^;)
うどんは小(200g)から大(400g)が同料金なので遠慮なく大に。わりと早めの提供だったので、多少の見込み茹ではありそうです。
まずうどんが到着。唐揚げは注文が入ってから揚げているようで、多少待っても揚げたてが食べれるのは良いですね☆
うどんは見た感じそこまで多く見えませんでしたが、これは器が横に広いからで実際は結構しっかり。器もキンキンに冷えており、暑いこの時期嬉しい(^ ^)
うどんはコシもあり、喉越しも◯。自家製麺かどうかはわかりませんが、中々の麺♪
つゆは冷やしと書いてぶっかけを出すお店も少なくないですが、コチラはしっかりひやかけです。そこまで塩分は強くないのは良いけど、もう少し出汁感があると更に嬉しいところ。また、前述したように器が横に広いため、レンゲでつゆを拾いにくいのが難点。器から直接行こうにも縁の部分が厚くてこれもやりにくい・・・むむむ。
わかめは中々の肉厚でコリコリ食感が良く、梅は結構甘味もありコチラも旨い。つゆに溶くのも良いだろうけど、梅を齧ってつゆをすする方が元の味も楽しめるしオススメです☆
期待していた唐揚げですが、これは一度で良いかな。たまたまかもしれないけど油切れが悪く、衣がベチャっとしてしまってました。肉自体の旨味も期待したほどではなく、1つ200円の内容ではないかと＿|￣|○
うどんはまた食べに来るのも良いかなと思いましたが、唐揚げがちょっと残念だった感じの評価です。
