はーい！ぴょんちゃんです！
今回は市ヶ谷駅にあるあぶり 清水さんへ。
こちらは都内に何店舗かある大人気なもつ鍋のお店！
店舗は沢山あるのに、どこも平日の早い時間に行くか、かなり前から予約しないと中々入店するのが困難なお店です。
店内はかなーーり狭いので、大人数の予約は難しそう。
テーブルも小さいので色々頼み過ぎると料理が乗らなくなるので注意！
注文したのは
塩もつ鍋2人前
馬刺しのタタキ
上タン串
まず上タン串が運ばれてきました！
食べるまで気づかなかったのですが、牛タンだと思っていたのが実は豚タンでした！(たしかに牛タンにしては安すぎる)食べてみると独特の豚ホルモンの臭みが。。
豚のホルモンが大丈夫な人は平気かもしれませんが苦手な人は要注意！メニューに豚とかもっとわかりやすく書いて欲しい。。
馬肉のタタキはまぁ、普通？？
頼まなくてもいいかなという感じ。
そしてメインの塩もつ鍋！！
美味しい！
もつがプリプリ！
ただ！！ニンニクがめっちゃ効いてます。
スープに溶け込んでるので避けられません。
ニンニクがすきな方には良いと思います。
