SMZ.靖国通り沿い、麹町郵便局の角にあった立ち飲みチックな居酒屋が、いつの間にか新橋あたりで店舗展開しているもつ焼き屋に変わっていたのです。
『あぶり清水 市ヶ谷店』
新橋の店には行ったことないけど、まんずまんず入ってみるとしましょう。
メニュウも豊富で、レアな部位もつ焼きが見受けられますね。
期待できそうな感じ。
とりあえずの一杯は、プレモルの香るエール。
今年いっぱいは、お値打ち価格での提供だったはず。
お通しはたしか「ナムル」。
豆モヤシが入ってっからね。

ビールを呑んじゃったんで「ホッピー（白）」をいただきます。

でね、店の愉快な兄さんが、オススメの品を色々紹介してくださいまして、その中から「レバテキ」だったんじゃないかと思います。
ゼツミョーな火入れにより、レバ刺しを彷彿させる一品。
コレはですね、なんだったか忘れたワケですけど、串物はどれも大振りで美味い♪
「なんこつ串」だっかな？
ゴリゴリの歯ごたえが好きなんですよね。
「しろ串」だったと思うんですけど、決して悪くないんだけど、他のに比べて貧弱にみえちゃいますね。
市ヶ谷店限定だという、「低温調理の豚刺し（カシラとタン）」でございます。
ご覧の通り、きれいなピンク色。
美味くないワケがない。
ナカお替り。
コチラは、希少部位の「くちびる」だったんじゃないかと思いますけど、初めて食べた一品。
右から2本目、毛が生えてますね。
冷めた豚足のような食感。
ウシさんのクチビルいただいちゃいました。
♂か♀かワカランけど。
ま、どっちにしてもウシなんだけどさ。
手前のは「のどなんこつ串」。
コレはゴリゴリじゃなくてコリコリ系の歯ごたえが楽しめるヤツ。
最後に食べたコノ1本も何だったか忘れちゃったんだけどさ、全般的に満足まんぞく。
