市ヶ谷駅から橋を渡って、駅から程近い場所にあります。階段を上がり2階で予約名を告げると、笑顔で感じ良いお姉さんが3階の素敵な個室へ案内していただきました。そこは、全席個室らしくて広めの席がいくつもあり、2人席も複数用意されていて、その使い勝手の良さに感心しました。
店内の雰囲気も、接待やデート、宴会など、様々なシーンで利用できそうで、和食屋さんながら靴を脱ぐ必要がないのもちょっとした嬉しいポイント。飾らない中にも趣のある空間で、ゆったりと過ごすことができました。
料理のスタートはおとうしの煮物。なすとがんもどきが出汁の味わいが染みて美味しい。ますます期待が高まります。そして、吟醸梅酒は見た目も透明で、味わいもすっきりとしており、喉を通り抜ける瞬間が心地よかったです。
次におつまみでオーダーしたのがカリカリのガーリックとベーコンフレークが香ばしいきたあかりのポテトサラダ680円。驚くほどサクサクのガーリックがアクセントで、芋のきたあかりの美味しさが引き立っています。この一品だけでもお酒の進むことこの上なし。
続いての天ぷら盛り合わせ1280円は、ボリュームたっぷり。衣は薄くてパリパリで、揚げたてのアツアツ感がたまりません。海老は旨味がギュッと詰まり、特にピンクの塩が絶妙なアクセントを添えています。
最後は板長のピリ辛かしわ蕎麦870円。出汁があたたかいつけ蕎麦に、鶏ももハムがたっぷりと添えられています。蕎麦はコシがあり、天ぷらとの相性も抜群。どの料理も絶妙なバランスで、上品で固くなりすぎない雰囲気ながらも贅沢なひとときを味わえました。ご馳走様でした。ご馳走様でした。
