記念日でこちらのお店を予約して初訪問させていただきました。内容は7種のお皿のランチコースとペアリングのワイン。夏メニューとあり6皿はシーフードを使用した構成。美味しいのは言うまでも無いのですが、量、サービス、雰囲気等全ての点で大満足でした。畏まり過ぎず料理について教えていたただくことが出来たのも良かったです。次の記念日もこちらでお願いしたいと思います。
・水蛸のベニエイカ墨 （イカ墨生地で柔らかな蛸が包まれフワっと揚げてます）
・オマール海老ビーツのジュレ（プリプリの海老とシャキッとしたコーンの食感と酸味のあるソースが最高）
・えぞ鮑フランス産ジロル茸・金目鯛夏野菜添え（山椒バターで頂きました。絶品）
・南瓜ヴィシソワーズ鮎（南瓜の甘みとトリュフ、鮎の風味が美味しい。）
・北海道産雲丹のリゾット（しっかりと濃厚で甘みのある雲丹とチーズが合う。）
・和牛フィレ肉グリエ（ジューシー、赤ワインと合わせて頂きまきた）
・夏のパフェ（シャインマスカット、桃など旬のフルーツたっぷり。デザートは別腹です）
・小菓子（コーヒーと一緒に）
