仕事でよく行くアルカディア市ヶ谷の近くに、いなり寿司の有名店があると聞いて行ってみた。お稲荷さんや干瓢巻きは好んでは食べないので、こちらは知りませんでした。清潔感のある店内にショーケースが置かれ見本の寿司が並んでいます。ショーケースの上にはテレビ番組で紹介された時の写真が飾ってあります。
いなり寿司 かっぱ巻き 海苔巻きの折をお願いしました。注文を受けてから作ってくださいます。税込み¥800です。鉄火巻きなど生物もありますが、すぐに食べない場合はやめた方が良いと断られました。
調理はご年配のご夫妻が、接客は若い女性が丁寧に応対してくださいました。
夕飯時に食卓に出しました。いなり寿司は小ぶりで結構な甘味でスィーツレベル。海苔巻きの干瓢も甘いそうです。(私は食べませんでした)かっぱ巻きはごくふつうに美味しく頂きました。いなり寿司の好きな夫は美味しいと食べていました。甘いものが得意でない私は正直なところ苦手です。いなり寿司のお好きなかたはぜひ召し上がってみてください。
