市ヶ谷にあるブータン料理のお店です。
ブータン料理って、都内でもかなり珍しいと思いますが、自分も食べるのは初めて。
土曜日の夜に３名で利用しました。
ブータン料理は唐辛子を使うのが特徴とのことですが、たしかにすべてのメニューに唐辛子が入っている感じです。
初めてでもあるし、なるべく唐辛子を抑えめにと意識しながら、注文した料理は以下のとおりです（値段はいずれも税込）。
「ホゲ」（990円）･･･カブ、きゅうり、トマト、コリアンダーをカッテージチーズで和えたブータンのサラダ。粉唐辛子と山椒がピリッと効いて、パンチのある美味しさです。
「モモ」（720円）･･･豚ひき肉の蒸し餃子。それ自体は辛くないですが、唐辛子ペースト（「エゼ」というそうです）をつけていただきますが、これはまぁネパール料理でよく食べる一皿なので想定の範囲内。
「シャモダツィ」（1,050円）…しめじと唐辛子のチーズの煮込み、辛さは控えめです。で、今回の中ではこれが一番のヒットかも。ライスにかけて食べると、アジアとヨーロッパの料理が融合したような、柔らかな旨みが広がります。
「ライス」（450円）…ブータン東部でよく食べられている「カランライス」というとうもろこし入りのライスです。とうもろこしの甘みがシャモダツィとよく合います。
「ジャシャパ」（1,150円）…鳥もも肉とキャベツの唐辛子の煮炒め。ところどころピリッと来ることがありますが、ジューシーなチキンがとても美味です。
たしかに辛いといえば辛いのですが、ビリビリ・ハァハァするような辛さではなく、それぞれの料理にメリハリが付けられている感じ。
また、辛さが後に残らず、食後がスッキリした感覚になるのも、巧みに唐辛子を使いこなすブータン料理の特徴かもしれません。
コスパも相当よく、話のネタにもなるので、少人数でのちょっとした会食などに適したお店ではないでしょうか。
