【お店について】
ブータン料理のお店です。
ランチはダツィなど、ディナーは様々なブータンの料理やお酒を楽しめます。
駅からはやや歩きそうです。
【店内の様子】
階段を登って二階にお店はあります。
テーブル席、カウンター席があります。
席間隔は普通目。
オレンジ色のブータンカラーな店内です。
シェフと店員さんのツーオペのようでした。
【食事の内容】
1,100円のシャモダツィランチに400円のチーズモモ二個を付けました。
サラダ、スープ、ライスのセットで、ライスはおかわり無料です。
10分程度で一式が到着です。
【食事の感想】
シャモダツィは、きのこのチーズ煮込みです。
ダツィというのが、チーズ煮込みという意味と思います。
王道はエマダツィという唐辛子のチーズ煮込みで、その名の通り唐辛子たっぷりのようで、辛さが不安だったので今回はきのこで初挑戦。
くせになる味わいです。
塩味強目で、チーズの風味もしっかり感じます。
ですが、匂いが強かったりくどかったりなど嫌な感じではなく、また一口と食べたくなるやみつき要素があります。
まろやかですが、さらっとしたスープなので、重たくもありません。
きのこもたっぷり入っており、健康的。
辛さは思っていたよりは控えめで、ピリ辛より少し辛いくらい？
ちびちび水を飲みたくなるくらいの程度です。
チーズモモは、キャベツとチーズの蒸し餃子。
普段こういったオプションはランチで付けない派ですが、お初で何となく気になったのでいただきました。
辛味ペーストをつけていただきます。
お肉は入っていないので、あっさり目。
ダツィを食べた後だったからか、チーズ感も控えめに感じます。
小籠包のようで皮がもちもちしていています。
ダツィがややボリュームあり、かつご飯が進むので、ライスをおかわりしてお腹はしっかり満たされます。
チーズモモはあまりインパクトなく、追加しなくても良かったかも。
面白く美味しいランチでした。
唯一無二感がある料理ですね。
次回はエマダツィにチャレンジしたいと思います。
