前から気になってましたが、初めて来店。

⚪︎モモ
を注文
エマは唐辛子ダツィはチーズという意味とのこと。
つまり唐辛子のチーズの煮込み料理です。
唐辛子が好きなのでこちらを注文。
辛さは辛いもの好きなら全然問題ない辛さ。
唐辛子と玉ねぎしか入ってないのでちょっと途中飽きてしまい、追加でモモを注文。ネパールやインドでは食べたことあるが、ブータン料理のモモは初めて。 モモは万人受けする味かなと。
ちょっと物足りなかったので次回もう一度別の料理挑戦しようと思います。
