I visited on a weekday at 1:30pm, and there were only a few groups of customers ahead of me. I went to a restaurant that I had been interested in for some time, and ordered the hand-prepared fried horse mackerel set meal (1,800 yen). *Free refills of rice Soon, fried horse mackerel using horse mackerel from Matsuura, Hagama-cooked rice, miso soup, pickled vegetables, and egg yolk pickled in soy sauce arrived. In addition, the eight condiments include two types of soy sauce, snow salt, sauce, parmesan cheese, tartar sauce, grated radish and wasabi, and ``homemade green seaweed and wasabi tsukudani'' using green seaweed from Lake Hamana. Crispy and fluffy fried horse mackerel, not only tartar and salt, but also green seaweed and wasabi tsukudani are also good. The fried horse mackerel was placed on top of the rice, and the egg yolk pickled in soy sauce and Parmesan cheese reminded me of TKG, and was surprisingly delicious with a richer and saltier taste. (Recommended way to eat it) *The bone Senbei (rice crackers) were also good. Although I felt that the rice was a little soft, I was able to enjoy the delicious fried horse mackerel set meal.
