I visited on a weekday at 1:30pm, and there were only a few groups of customers ahead of me. I went to a restaurant that I had been interested in for some time, and ordered the hand-prepared fried horse mackerel set meal (1,800 yen). *Free refills of rice Soon, fried horse mackerel using horse mackerel from Matsuura, Hagama-cooked rice, miso soup, pickled vegetables, and egg yolk pickled in soy sauce arrived. In addition, the eight condiments include two types of soy sauce, snow salt, sauce, parmesan cheese, tartar sauce, grated radish and wasabi, and ``homemade green seaweed and wasabi tsukudani'' using green seaweed from Lake Hamana.
