市ヶ谷の鯵フライ専門店。
平日昼行列5組。その後も続々と。女性多い。
綺麗な店内。
定食を注文。一択だからか、提供は早い。
カリカリのアジフライと骨揚げ。
キャベツ、味噌汁、卵黄醤油漬け、漬物、山葵乗った大根おろし。
ソースは無く、タルタルと2種の醤油、塩で食べる模様。カリカリな衣にフワっとした鯵。4切れあるので、調味料を色々楽しめる。山葵おろしが1番好みだった。
濃い九州醤油良いな。
お店の指示通りご飯おかわりしてラストの鯵に卵黄乗せてチーズかけて。イタリア風TKG。美味い。この辺も女子ウケなんだろな。
