沖縄料理が食べたくなり友人がお勧めしてくれた「琉球酒場 げん」に行って来ました。
こちらのお店市ヶ谷の駅からめっちゃ近い！
歩いて5分も掛からないので使い勝手が良いですね。
お通しに「海鮮押し寿司」が出て最初からビックリ。
普通お通しって言ったらもっとおつまみ的な物が小さめのお皿に乗って出て来るのに。勿論めっちゃ美味しかったです♬
海ぶどうを単品で頼もうか悩んだ結果「海ぶどうサラダ」を注文。
出して頂いたサラダがめっちゃ大きいお皿に盛られていて衝撃
「もずく天婦羅」も衝撃のサイズでこの時点で結構お腹いっぱいになりつつ・・・
どうしても食べたかった物の中からボリュームがそこまで凄くなさそうなのを店員さんに相談しながら注文。
ラフテーは想像以上にお肉がホロホロに煮込まれていて美味しい～。豚肉の甘さが出てて最高❣
スパム目玉焼きはたまごが2つも乗っていてタンパク質沢山とれますｗ
スパムの味がしっかり出てて胡椒とスパムの塩味で十分なお味だったのでこれは何もつけないで食べて欲しいですね。
〆は「沖縄そば」。出汁がしっかり出てて美味しい。焼きそばにしようか悩んだけど沖縄そばにして正解でした。
スープを飲むとお腹が優しいお出汁の味で包まれる感じです♬
お料理は美味しいし、ボリュームもあるし、スタッフの方達は笑顔が素晴らしく、コスパ良しで最高のお店に出会えました。
