ボビーのシグニチャーカクテルから「ダリの情熱」1800円頂きました。
今バルセロナで大人気のカクテルバー”Bobby's Free”が期間限定で東京・市ヶ谷にオープン！
【Bobby's Free とは】
バルセロナのカタルーニャ広場近くにあり、地元バルセロナっ子も一度は行ってみたいカクテルバーとして行列ができるほど。1920年台にアメリカで禁酒法が執行されていた頃、内緒でお酒を飲めた"Speakeasy" (スピークイージ = 秘密酒場）がコンセプトで、表向きは床屋ですが秘密のパスワードを告げるとバーに案内してくれます。プロフェッショナルなバーテンダーが様々な技術を駆使して作る本格派カクテルを楽しむことができます。
静かに飲むというよりはワイワイ系でしたよ。
