市ヶ谷駅・九段下駅からそれぞれ10分程度、閑静な住宅街の中にある隠れ家鉄板焼きレストランです。
メニューは鉄板焼きコース3種類のみで、今回は鉄板焼きに加えて肉寿司も食べられる全7品の「幸コース(¥7,800)」をいただきました。
前菜の野菜のグリルから最後のご飯もののガーリックライスまで、コースを通して料理長自らが目の前で仕上げてくれました。
メニュー上は全7品になっていますが、前菜が4種類も出てくるので、実質10品コースといえるかなり充実したボリュームでした！
ドリンク含めても予算1万円前後ながら、落ち着いた綺麗な店内でボリューム十分のメニューが楽しむことができ、コストパフォーマンスはかなり高いと感じました。
駅からは距離がありますが、それでも行く価値のあるお店さんです。
一点だけ、隠れ家店なのでどうしてもお店の入り口は少し分かりづらいかもしれません。
同じビルに「めん屋 桔梗」さん・「カレーのチャンピオン」さんなどが入っていますが、secret base hさんはそれらのお店とは反対側、ビルの裏側にあります！
ビル裏側に回ると黒い看板が出ているのですぐわかると思います。
