ソーセージのないドイツ・オーストリア料理店
ドイツ・オーストリア料理というと、何を思い浮かべるでしょうか？ |
千代田区は麹町地区、二七通り沿い、東郷元帥記念公園の隣にあります。地下１階というか、半地下ですね。８月中は月曜日も休みなんで、金曜日の訪問とあいなりました。
ビール１杯、ボトル１本、料理２品で、〆て７４００円でした。生ビールは、ゲッサーだけで、３００ml１０００円、５００ml１５００円の値付け。ボトルは５～６種だっかな？ 初見のヒルシュブロイ・ヴァイス。５００mlのボトルで１５００円。割と好みのビールです。お通しは、ドイツパン４種。おから入りの丸いパンが珍しい。で、メインは、シュニッツェルのよう。基本の豚にしましたが、豆腐のシュニッツェルなんていうのもあります。ベリーソースが合いますね。２品目は、ケーゼ・シュペッツェレ。ショート・パスタです。チーズが多い割に、あっさりした感じ。値段はともかく、満足はできました。
店内は、黒を基調とした内装。けっこう高級感があります。ドイツ・オーストリア料理とありますが、オーストリアの方がメインみたい。グラーシュ（ハンガリーのシチュー）もあったしね。
