クレープはシンプルが好き。
夜ご飯を食べ終わって甘い物が食べたくて調べてみたらちょうど帰り道にあったので予約せずに直接お店にお伺いしました。
店内はテーブル席がお店の広さの割に多く並べられていて席と席との間も割と狭めです。パリのビストロみたいな雰囲気でテラス席もありワイワイガヤガヤ。この人の騒がしさも絵になります。
頂いたのは
◯ノルマンド 1850円
（生乳から作られたカマンベール、バスク産生ハム、グリーンサラダ、シードルのジュレがのったガレット。ガレットはカリカリパリパリに焼かれて折りたたまれた真ん中にカマンベールが。カマンベールはトロトロでクリーミーな味わいが生ハムの塩気とよく合います。）
◯ボルディエ製バターとブラウンシュガー 850円
（バターとシュガーのシンプルなクレープ。クレープはモチモチで弾力ありほんのり甘さがあります。とにかくボルディエバターの存在感が凄い！コクと風味が半端なく間違いのない美味しさ。）
お店の方のサービスも良く食事系のガレットから軽めに頂けるクレープまで色々種類があるので使い勝手がよいお店です。21時過ぎにお伺いして私達が座って満席だったので予約して伺った方が良さそう。

満席だったので予約はした方がいいと思います。
頂いたのは
⚪︎ガレットクラシック＋旬の野菜のグリーンサラダ＋スープまたはデザート＋お飲み物 2450円
ガレットはコンプレットシャンピニオンにしました。具材はかきまぜタマゴ、ジャンボンブラン、チーズ、マッシュルーム。カリッと香ばしく焼かれたガレットによく焼きの玉子ととろとろチーズ。ハムの塩気とマッシュルームの旨みがマッチ。
デザートのガレットは北海道産バターとブラウンシュガー。シンプルで美味しい〜
セットはボリュームありしょっぱいのと甘いのと両方のガレットが楽しめて良かったです。
