もう来た回数は数え切れない。
美味しいレストランはどうしても良い記憶が残って、再度伺う際にハードルが上がってしまって、そのハードルを超えられずにがっかりすることも多い。
だから"行きつけ"になるのが難しいんだと思う。
このお店は行く度にハードルを易々と超えてくる。
まず、ガレットやクレープの生地が全然違う。
ガレットとクレープに関して言えば、間違いなく日本一。
そして、それに彩りを加える食材も一線級。
だからトータルとして完璧な料理に仕上がってる。
今回もガレットとクレープ以外にじゃがいものポタージュを注文したけど、そこら辺のレストランで食べれるポタージュとは全然違う上質さだった。
もちろんピークタイムは行列が出来ているけど、とはいっても許容範囲のもの。
基本的に食べログ信奉者であるものの、食べログの評価点と実際の美味しさに最もギャップのある店という印象。
