4月なのに暑い。ふらふら外に出て、お腹空いてきた〜とこちらへ。
焼きそば食べようと思ってだけど、店先のメニューを見て日替ランチ1500円に決定。
1階の席が空いていたのでこちらに。周りは麻婆豆腐の方が多かったです。わたしのお隣のテーブルの方はごはんをお代わり3回してました。わたしの席から厨房が見えるんだけど、お代わりのご飯茶碗は毎回新しくしていました。素晴らしい。
鍋をガンガン振る音の中待っていると着丼。
麻婆茄子をひとくち。あっちぃ〜！めちゃくちゃ熱々。鍋振ってたもんなぁ。
ボリュームも凄くて、卵スープも美味しい。
食べながらまた厨房を見ると、ちょうど注文の切れ目なのか鍋の音が少なくなった。それでもコックさんたちは無駄口ひとつせず、まさに名店だと思いました。
次こそ焼きそばに、ビール頼もう〜。
