【お店紹介】
飯田橋にある町中華店。「ミシュランガイド・ビブグルマン」常連のお店である。看板メニューの「餃子」は全て手作りで毎日1300個も作られ、極厚の鉄板で焼き上げられる。その他にも麺類・炒飯・揚げ物・炒め物等の町中華メニューを取り揃え、各種ドリンク類・アルコール類も提供する。
【混雑】
平日金曜11:20頃（開店10分前）、1名で訪問。開店待ち16名、少し早めの11:25開店で全員1巡目入店。11:35頃、店内満席。12:00頃（退店時）、15名待ち。平均滞在時間30分前後で、回転は悪くない。
【料理・味】
★3.7 餃子
看板商品。焼き加減は完璧。皮は標準的な厚さ。餡は豚肉・白菜・ニラ等、野菜多めでニラが程よく主張している。ニンニク不使用でショウガとごま油で風味づけされている。大きさは小ぶりで、噛むとスープが滴り落ちる。上品な味付けで、酢醤油につけると丁度よい。気を衒わない町中華の王道餃子である。
★3.6 タンメン
透き通ったキレイなスープは上品な薄味で野菜の甘みが感じられる。麺は中太平打ちのモチモチ食感。具材は豚肉と白菜・もやしがタップリで、シャキシャキに仕上げられている。
【サービス】
接客は丁寧、オペレーションもスムーズ。料理の提供時間は、「餃子」が3分程度。「タンメン」が15分程度。料理はテーブルごとに作られるというよりは出来上がったものから配膳される感じで、注文内容とタイミングによっては料理ごとに提供にかなり時間差が発生することもある。
【雰囲気】
店内は素朴な内装だが、大量に並べられた観葉植物に加えてテーブル・椅子・壁は「おけ以グリーン」と呼ばれる緑色に統一されており、町中華らしからぬ爽やかさがある。訪問時の客層は男女比4:6ぐらいで、意外にも女性客の方が多い。老若男女問わずお一人様や2-3名グループが多く、外国人のグループも多い印象。

麺類は良心的な価格設定、餃子や一品料理はややお高めの価格設定。
【総評】
名物の「餃子」はオーソドックスで驚きこそないが、よい材料を使用して丁寧に作られているのがよくわかる、誰もが美味しいと感じる一品である。ニンニクが使われていないので、食後の予定を気にする必要がない。その他、「タンメン」と「玉子炒飯」が人気。どの料理も総じて上品で優しい味わいなので、食後感が非常にスッキリしている。
