いろんなとこに支店がある『XI’AN』さん。
何店舗か食べてますが、ここが一番好きで、むっちゃ旨い*\(^o^)/*
意外と店舗間差ありますね。何となく、油が合わないのかなぁと思わされるお店もありましたが、こちらは大好きです。
この日は麻辣刀削麺セット。
まあ、だいたいいつもこれですが。
セットには鉄鍋餃子と杏仁豆腐がつきます。
いつもどおりパクチー多めで頼んだ麻辣刀削麺が来ました。いや〜、旨そう！
刀削麺はうどんとラーメンの良いとこどりですね。
麺の太さのバラツキが良い意味で食感を飽きさせない。
そして、ここは辛さと痺れ具合がグッドで、やや、酸っぱさも感じるスープがこれまたすごく旨くて、癖になる美味しさなんです。ヤバい、もう完全に虜ですね♫
セットの鉄鍋餃子は備付けの餃子のタレは使わないことを推奨します。下味が付いているので、掛けると塩っぱくなります。もう、そのままで完成した味なんです！
杏仁豆腐もとろけるタイプの美味しいやつです。
結構、私は量食べる方ですが、ここの大盛りは完食するとちょっと後悔しますので、普通で十分満足できると思います。
