おけいさんがげきこみでしたので久しぶりに飯田橋シーアンにしてみた。
早い時間だったので客なし。
定番の刀削麺と薄揚げ酢豚を注文してみた。
刀削麺
うーん温い。麺自体はこしがあり美味しいが熱々で辛うまが醍醐味であり美味さ半減。
薄肉の酢豚
カリカリしていて豚肉の肉感がなく衣だけ食べているような感覚になり、想像以上にいまいちな感じ。
