食べログの百名店に選出されている名店
赤い階段で2階へあがって扉を開けると
メインダイニングが広がっていました～
少しカジュアルながらも照明が明るく
清潔感のある店内
スタッフさんはオーナーシェフを含め三名
連携が取れているのでサービスもスムーズ
三名なのでシェフが直接お料理を運んだり
料理の説明をしてくれるのも良かった
ワインのペアリングもありましたが
今回はシャンパンをボトルでお願いしました

辛口で切れのある美味しい泡でした
ボトルで15000円とこのクラスのレストランにしては
リーズナブルな所も嬉しい
お料理は一休からの予約でムニュ・クールの
コースをお願いしました

キャビアがのっているのはやっぱり嬉しい
泡あわのソースは少し酸味がきいていて
料理にすごく合っていると思いました

とても柔らかくてさすがの火入れ具合
付け合わせのお野菜まで美味しいです
ボリューミーな所も嬉しかったなぁ～(笑)
