江戸川橋から徒歩8.9分ほどのところの有名な鰻屋さん。
土曜日の12時にお伺いしました。
かなり前々から予約しましたが、席自体は意外とありそうなので、ちょっと前予約でもいけそうかも？？
予約の時に注文しておきます。
うな重は
上5,900円
特上6,900円とあります、
特上にして1匹半の鰻だったので、上なら1匹分くらいですかね？？
予約していっても、到着してから捌いて焼いていただけるので、鰻が来るのは1時間後くらいになります。
時間に余裕のある時にいきましょう( ◠‿◠ )
1番奥の個室に通していただきましたが、ゆったりしていてとても過ごしやすかったです。
1時間待って鰻到着！
綺麗に並べられた美しいうな重ですね。
香りも良きです( ◠‿◠ )
誰も甘さ控えめでかなりあっさりタイプ。
うなぎもふわっとしてますが、焼いてあるので香ばしさも十分あります。
あまり脂っぽい鰻が苦手な人でも食べられる、あっさりと旨味のバランスのとれたうなぎっていう印象でした。
タレもあっさりしていていくらでも食べられそうです。
全体的に満足度高しでした(^^)
